SPEAK For Life takes a different view to team building, our team building programme aptly called "Discovering Joy & Breakthrough to Success @ Work" builds team by first building the individual.  

Imagine this, Andy owns a beautiful home and finds pride in his impeccable housekeeping.  One day, he finds paint peeling off the wall in his living room.  The paint was spoiling the image of his perfect home.  Being the busy professional he ignores it until the problem was unbearable.  He then goes out to get a painter to repaint the whole wall and the painter did an excellent job.  His house looks great for the next few weeks and the paint starts to peel bit by bit again until large chunks were falling off.  A year after he had repainted the wall, it was back to square one and he looks different painters to do the same job.  However, this happens year after year.

"What's wrong?" a bewildered Andy asks.

I'm sure you know where this is going and know that Andy should probably stop painting over the surface and get a professional to look at the root of the problem, allowing the paint to bond strongly to the wall instead of covering it up on the surface.

Discovering Joy & Breakthrough to Success @ Work, is not a fun-filled, get-together for fun and laughter motivational team building where the motivation wears off quickly after the activities.  Just like Andy's home, your team needs to bond at the root level of individuals and not superficially where everyone just come to have a good time.  SPEAK For Life believes purely fun filled activities can be left to the company's incentive trip or year-end/annual dinner.
